What should I do if I don’t receive my order?

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time, please email us at supportusa@sweetseeds.com with the subject line:
“Order Not Received + Your Order Number.”

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes. At Sweet Seeds®, we want you to feel completely secure and informed about your purchase. You’ll receive the following confirmation emails from us:

· Registration confirmation: If it’s your first time registering, you’ll receive an email confirming that your customer account has been created.

· Order confirmation: Once your purchase is completed, you’ll receive an email confirming your order number.

· Shipping confirmation: When your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive another email with shipping confirmation and tracking details.

I entered incorrect personal information on my order — what should I do?

Email us at supportusa@sweetseeds.com with the subject “Personal Data” and explain what information needs to be updated.

If the order has not yet left our warehouse, we’ll correct it immediately.
If the order has already shipped, we can’t guarantee that changes can be made.

I want to modify my order

Send an email to supportusa@sweetseeds.com with the subject “Modify Order” and include your order number along with the details of the change you wish to make.

We can only modify orders that have not yet shipped.
If your order has already been dispatched, you’ll need to wait until you receive it to request a return or exchange.

Please note:

· If you wish to exchange products, shipping costs for return and reshipment will be added to your new order.

· If you only want a return, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

I want to cancel my order

Send an email to supportusa@sweetseeds.com with the subject “Cancel Order + Your Order Number.”

Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet shipped.
If the order has already been dispatched, you’ll need to receive it and then request a return.
Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

I want to return my order

You have 14 days from the day you received the order to request a return.

To do this, the product must be unopened and in the same condition that you received it.

Please send an email with the subject “Refund Order + Order No.” to consultas@sweetseeds.com.

Keep in mind, the return delivery costs will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

Return delivery costs:

· Mainland Spain and Balearic Islands: 12€

· Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia, France, Greece, Italy, Sweden, Poland, Netherlands, Ireland, Finland, Czech Republic: 20€
